A well-established national law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its real estate practice in Miami. This is a prime opportunity for a driven lawyer looking to deepen their experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions while working alongside a collaborative and experienced team.

The Opportunity

This role offers hands-on experience in high-value property transactions across various sectors. Associates work closely with partners on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, providing high-quality counsel to a diverse client base. The position balances complexity and autonomy with strong internal mentorship and professional development support.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial purchase and sale agreements
