Ideal candidate has 2–5+ years CRE transactional experience, is a member of the Florida Bar, and holds a J.D., with the ability to draft and negotiate leases and related documents.

Base salary starts at $200K+, with a performance bonus and meaningful client exposure.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of CRE transactional experience in a law firm.
• Experience with commercial acquisitions, dispositions and leasing.
• Ability to draft and negotiate sophisticated real estate agreements.
• Sound business judgment and practical, solutions-oriented approach.
• J.D. and active Florida Bar membership required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in CRE acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related documents.
• Advise clients on real estate matters involving operations, management agreements, and asset strategy.
• Manage transactions from initial negotiations through closing.
• Work directly with senior attorneys, business owners, and executive-level clients on complex real estate matters.
