Healing Strides Counseling in Miami is seeking a mid-level associate focused on sophisticated transactional real estate work. You will support active deal flow and advise clients on complex transactions across Florida and beyond.

The candidate will handle acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and related documents, collaborating with partners and guiding developers, investors, and funds. Experience with cross-border investment and mixed-use projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience at a major or strong regional law firm.
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials.
• Experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, incl. drafting and negotiating P&S, loan documents, leases.

About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and related transactional documents.
• Work with partners and practice leaders to advise developers, investors, funds, and other institutional and private clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Three to six years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience at a major or strong regional law firm.
• A JD from an accredited U.S. law school and strong academic credentials.
• Experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and leases.
• Eligibility to sit for the Florida Bar or admission to the Florida Bar.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to client service and teamwork.
• Leasing, development, or hospitality transaction experience is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $240,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on experience. The role is eligible for a year-end bonus upon meeting a 1,900 billable-hour target. Relocation assistance and Florida Bar costs are covered for out-of-market hires. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
