Confidential Employer in Newark, NJ seeks an experienced attorney to represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and lending matters.

You will draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents, conduct due diligence, and collaborate across practice groups to deliver strategic legal solutions while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in the state of the office location.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and commercial lending transactions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Responsibilities

Pay: $180,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
