BCG Attorney Search seeks an associate attorney in Columbus, Ohio with 2–5 years of commercial real estate experience to join our client’s team. You will coordinate and assist on transactions including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and title review from both tenant and landlord perspectives.

You will draft, negotiate, and review complex documents; manage client relationships; and advise on deal structuring and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in transactional real estate law.
• Active Ohio bar in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.

• Handle and assist on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions from inception through resolution, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, easements, and development.

• Review title commitments and underlying title documents in conjunction with ALTA Surveys; prepare title objection letters.

Requirements
