Orionplacement seeks an experienced real estate attorney for a hybrid role based in Newark. You will represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and lending matters.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
• Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and lending matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and documents.
• Conduct due diligence and assist clients through all deal stages.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver strategic legal solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year

Location: Hybrid opportunity based in Columbus, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; or Newark, NJ, with three days per week in the office.
