Qualifications

• New York admitted Real Estate Attorney with 3-4 years' experience.
• Strong experience in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Exposure to acquisitions, disposals, leasing and finance matters.
• Comfortable working across a range of asset classes and sectors.
• Commercially minded with strong technical ability.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals.
• Supporting on title and survey review as part of complex transaction processes.
• Acting on leasing matters across a variety of asset classes.
• Assisting with real estate finance and structured investment transactions.
• Conducting due diligence and managing key aspects of transaction execution.
• Working closely with senior attorneys on high-value and high-profile deals.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s wider platform.
