A well-established legal organization is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing foreclosure and real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in real estate law, title review, title clearance, and non-judicial foreclosure who is looking for a role offering flexibility and the opportunity to manage a meaningful caseload.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, detail-oriented attorney who can independently evaluate title and foreclosure matters, identify potential issues, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
This position is not intended for new graduates or recently licensed attorneys.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who takes ownership of their work, can effectively prioritize competing deadlines, and is comfortable making independent legal decisions. Strong client service skills and the ability to collaborate with attorneys and support staff are essential.
