Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of transactional/financing matters including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, joint ventures, portfolio transactions, and development projects.
• Work closely with clients on deal structuring, drafting, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related transactional documents.
• Coordinate due diligence and closing processes across multiple asset classes.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
