Job summary

Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to help customers buy and sell property on your schedule. You’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event and can begin earning in as little as 14 days with minimal closing requirements.

As a remote field agent, you’ll show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and travel within your market. A license and tools are required; you’ll set your own hours and avoid sales pressure while accessing free educational services to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you’ll work and willingness to affiliated with Redfin
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
