Job summary

Redfin invites new or experienced real estate agents to join as Associate Agents. You’ll work with customers on your schedule, show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections, all while enjoying flexible hours and no mandatory closings.

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event and can work remotely in the field without office visits. A real estate license and MLS access are required, with opportunities to grow via optional educational services.

Qualifications
