Redfin is seeking Associate Agents to work with customers on flexible hours and earn income in real estate without closing a transaction.

You will show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections while setting your own hours and workload, with the option to work remotely in the field and without office visits.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state you will work.
• Willing to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them.
• Ability to travel within your market and join MLS/Realtor Association.
