Job summary

Rocket Homes Real Estate LLC is seeking an Associate Agent to help clients buy and sell homes with flexible scheduling. You will show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and manage your workload from remote field locations.

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event, with no mandatory closings or sales pressure. Training resources are provided to grow your skills and network within your market.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you'll work.
• Willingness to affiliate license exclusively with Redfin
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
