Key Duties

• Litigate complex commercial real estate disputes—including lease issues, foreclosure, construction conflicts, and coop/condo controversies.
• Represent clients in administrative bodies (e.g., OATH, BSA), state and federal courts, and appellate proceedings.
• Handle commercial arbitration, adverse possession, partnership and joint venture litigation, contract disputes, and zoning-related matters.
• Strategize resolutions that balance aggressive advocacy with cost-effective, client-facing solutions.
