Quarles & Brady is seeking a junior/mid-level associate to join our Real Estate and Land Use group in the Milwaukee or Madison office. Quarles has built a strong, Chambers-ranked real estate practice group in Milwaukee of 10 attorneys and professionals, who are part of an integrated national group of 50+ members across the country.

We are seeking to add a real estate attorney who is motivated and curious, and who would like a job that affords the opportunity to work in a wide variety of areas of real estate law. Our clients need support in acquisitions and dispositions, financings, leasing of all types, zoning and land use and asset management. We represent sophisticated institutional investors and lenders, private equity investors of all stripes, developers, start-ups, health systems, renewable energy companies, franchise companies and more. Our team is exceptionally collaborative and we place a high premium upon training and professional development. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Qualified applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.
