von Briesen & Roper, s.c., is seeking an Attorney to join our growing Real Estate team in our Milwaukee or Madison office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development of commercial real estate assets. This position will work closely with business stakeholders, outside counsel, lenders, and investors to support complex real estate transactions and provide legal guidance.


The primary responsibilities for this role include:



  • Leading and managing commercial real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and other real estate-related contracts

  • Conducting and overseeing due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, environmental matters, and property condition assessments

  • Coordinating transaction closings with internal business teams, lenders, title companies, and outside counsel


Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have seven to ten years of experience with commercial real estate matters.
