The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a strong interest in building a career in commercial real estate. Prior real estate transactional experience is a plus but not required.

The associate will work with major institutional investors, developers, lenders, and corporate clients on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across a range of asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, energy, and data center projects. The practice encompasses acquisitions and dispositions, development, financings, leasing, and joint ventures.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience

Compensation
