Real Estate Associate Opportunity

Location: Hartford, Connecticut

A leading national law firm is expanding its commercial finance and investment team. We are seeking a motivated recent law graduate (anticipated to sit for the July 2025 Connecticut Bar) or a first- to fourth-year associate with transactional experience and a strong interest in national finance and investment practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience with loan, joint venture, and LLC documents, and preferably commercial real estate transactions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a client-focused environment are essential.

Prior non-legal experience in finance, investment, or real estate industries is a plus.

Competitive salary range: $145,000 – $165,000
