Alpha Metro Realty is seeking a Real Estate Assistant to support our team in property sales and rentals. You will work closely with licensed agents, manage client service, and maintain property databases while gaining hands-on market knowledge of the New York and New Jersey regions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or administration preferred.
• Quick learner capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
• Eligible for CPT / OPT / STEM OPT / H1B visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing client needs and providing property matching support
• Maintain and update property databases with accurate information
• Support property showings and client follow-ups to enhance client experience
• Conduct market research and compile industry insights to support decision-making
• Assist in preparing contracts, documentation, and marketing materials
• Provide daily administrative and operational support to real estate agents and the team
