Job summary

Halo Home Watch is seeking a full-time licensed Real Estate assistant to join our Naples team. Based at 12250 Tamiami Trail E, the role focuses on coordinating real estate transactions, onboarding documents, and scheduling with stakeholders, while maintaining trackers and using MLS and CRM tools.

You will prepare contracts, support showings and inspections, input market data, and communicate with clients and tenants.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills
• Knowledge of MLS
• Knowledge of CRM databases
• Extremely detail oriented and self-started
• 2 to 4 years prior experience
• Bachelor of Science degree in Administration or related field (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Halo Home Management, LLC (HaloHome) is a full-service residential brokerage, helping clients buy, sell, rent, and invest in home s throughout Naples and Marco Island, Florida. HaloHome is seeking a full-time motivated licensed Real Estate assistant to join our team. Work location is12250 Tamiami Trail E, Naples FL 34113 and the hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Overview:

You will be responsible for daily tasks including handling stakeholder communications, coordinating the onboarding of all stakeholder documents and creating contracts and related schedules. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining trackers and other application tools and working with various technology tools and real estate platforms to input information and as well as conduct market research.
