Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Kings of Real Estate Team, a Tennessee real estate team with Knoxville and other offices, is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to follow up warm leads, qualify opportunities, and book appointments for our outside agents. The role offers a salary plus commission with a set 40-hour week and structured coaching.

Ideal candidates have a proven phone sales background, strong organization, and comfort using a CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in phone sales or call-center environments.
• Organized, coachable and able to work with a script and coaching.
• Comfortable using a CRM to log interactions and schedule activity.
• Real estate license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm buyer and seller leads by phone and text (no cold calls).
• Qualify each lead on motivation, timeframe, and budget.
• Book and confirm appointments for outside sales agents.
• Hit daily call and weekly appointment goals using proven scripts.
• Log every conversation in the CRM the same day.
• Join daily huddles and weekly call coaching sessions.

Our marketing brings in hundreds of buyers and sellers every month who call us first. Your job is to follow up with those warm leads, find out what they need, and book them with one of our outside sales agents, who take the client all the way to closing.

No cold calling, no open houses, no showing homes, and no listings to manage. You get a phone, a steady stream of qualified leads, a proven script, and coaching every day.

Pay is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, salary plus commission.

This is not for someone looking for a shortcut, and it is not for someone who has never sold anything.
