Job summary

Harvard University Housing & Real Estate seeks an Asset Management Analyst to deliver comprehensive asset management, financial analysis, and project execution across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. You will build financial models, evaluate cash flows and leasing scenarios, and support acquisitions and dispositions with due diligence insights.

The role involves presenting findings to senior leadership, developing standardized processes, and collaborating with multiple departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate, planning, development or a related field; coursework may qualify as experience.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for multi-tenant properties to project cash flows and NOI.
• Analyze acquisition and disposition opportunities and support due diligence activities.
• Create presentations and reports for senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Collaborate across Operations, Leasing and Finance to align asset strategies and execution.
• Contribute to market research and portfolio performance optimization.
