Job summary

Harvard University Housing & Real Estate (HUHRE) seeks an Asset Management Analyst to deliver asset management, financial analysis, and project execution across a diverse real estate portfolio. You will build financial models, evaluate cash flows, and support acquisitions, dispositions, and development efforts with cross-functional collaboration across HUHRE and senior leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (real estate/finance preferred) and 3–5 years in real estate or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate, planning, development or related field; coursework may qualify.
• Experience with Massachusetts permitting processes (MA/Cambridge) is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain asset management analyses and financial models.
• Analyze acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing scenarios.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Support development initiatives and portfolio optimization.
• Coordinate across HUHRE Operations, Leasing and Finance teams.
