Responsibilities

• Analyze property financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and operating results.
• Support weekly/monthly asset management reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models, projections, and analytical tools.
• Evaluate market conditions, rents, occupancy, and operating trends.
• Prepare analysis and recommendations for Asset Management and senior leadership.
• Participate in special projects involving real estate strategy and portfolio performance.
