Qualifications

2–5 years in asset management, acquisitions, underwriting, CRE, or related areas.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
Experience analyzing operating statements, budgets, and investments.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor financial and operating performance of assets against budgets and business plans.
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual property reporting packages for trends and variances.
Collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to drive occupancy, revenue, and cost control.
Assist in executing asset-level strategies to maximize returns and long-term value.
Prepare property-level cash flow models and investment analyses.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Analyze rent rolls, capex, and leasing activity.
Produce quarterly investor and management reporting materials.
