Based in La Jolla, this in-office role requires 1–3 years' experience, a BBA, and strong Excel and communication skills. You’ll collaborate with Accounting to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA).
• Experience with database management or SQL usage.
• 1–3 years of professional work experience.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Prior analyst experience is a plus.
• SQL queries, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s weekly, monthly, and annual reporting cadence and refine its structure.
• Standardize formats so reports are consistent and easy to interpret by leadership.
• Build semi-automated reporting workflows using SQL, spreadsheets, and AI tools.
• Track lender reporting requirements, property tax deadlines, and permit/licensing renewals.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records for lender, tax, permit, and licensing activity.
• Flag upcoming deadlines and risks to leadership with lead time.
• Run the purchasing process end-to-end and seek improvements.
• Build dashboards and analytics tracking spend, vendor performance, and budget variance.
• Serve as point person for sourcing and vendor negotiation, including hands-on purchasing when needed.
• Evaluate vendor pricing and purchasing patterns to find cost-saving opportunities.
• Cover accounting team gaps during leave or PTO; training provided.
