Job summary

UPS is seeking a Real Estate Summer Intern to support the Real Estate team on property management, lease administration, facilities planning, and real estate analytics. This hands-on role offers exposure to a corporate real estate environment while collaborating with experienced professionals on business-critical initiatives.

The Intern will assist with projects, analyze data, support reporting and documentation, and participate in team meetings with stakeholders across multiple business

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, technology and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with real estate and facilities-related projects.
• Collect, organize, and analyze property and lease data.
• Support reporting, presentations, and project documentation.
• Conduct research on market trends and real estate opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings and project discussions.
