Job summary

Upbound Group, Inc. invites ambitious students for a Summer 2027 Internship in Property Management at our Plano, TX headquarters.

You will analyze data, support cross-functional initiatives across Facilities, Real Estate, Construction, Procurement, Finance, and field operations, and complete a capstone project with measurable business impact. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to a large, geographically dispersed retail portfolio, develop reporting tools, and present recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization basics.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency, and visibility of property operations across a national portfolio.
• Analyze property management, facilities, and vendor data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and process documentation for property management.
