Job summary

CenterPoint Properties invites driven undergraduates and graduates to join a Summer Intern Program covering financial analysis, underwriting, market research, and strategic initiatives across our industrial portfolio. Interns work under VP-level guidance, supporting due diligence, modeling, and presentation materials for active deals.

Expect collaboration with senior professionals in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student in accounting, finance, or real estate.
• Prior internship in real estate, finance, banking, or consulting preferred.
• Strong academic record and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support financial feasibility analyses for acquisitions, development, and dispositions.
• Assist with valuation and financial modeling, including DCF, IRR/NPV, and comps.
• Conduct market research on industrial real estate fundamentals and submarkets.
• Prepare investment committee materials and asset management reports.
• Participate in due diligence and underwriting activities.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance research, drafting, modeling, and workflow.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve portfolio performance.
