Qualifications

• Familiar with commercial property types and CRE concepts.
• At least 1 year in an analytical role within CRE, private equity, investment banking, consulting, accounting or related.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, real estate, economics or related business field.
• Strong computer skills and ability to research across CRE software; Excel required; Argus preferred.
• Excellent communication and business writing skills.
• Sound judgement, initiative, resourcefulness and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze property financial information including historical statements, budgets, income statements and balance sheets.
• Prepare opinions of value using Argus and Excel to underwrite commercial and multifamily assets.
• Assemble and evaluate documents: floor plans, leases, condition reports, environmental reports, title reports, surveys.
• Research property ownership and mortgage information from online databases and local government sources.
• Gather leasing and sale fundamentals for office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets across submarkets nationwide.
• Learn and operate multiple commercial real estate software programs.
• Perform other related tasks as necessary.
