Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, invites applications for a Real Estate Analyst in Dallas, TX. The role oversees lease transactions, maintains lease documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance, and builds strong landlord relationships.

You will gain knowledge of internal accounting standards while analyzing re-expense, capital, and budget items, and you will audit lease invoices and SNDA/estoppel processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
• Responsible for accurate contacts and remediates issues such as late/no rent, missing exhibits, signatures, etc.
• Able to rapidly gain knowledge of internal accounting standards.

• Process estoppels and SNDA’s for execution.
• Create lease approval online form.
• Facilitate ad hoc requests for insurance certificates.

Job Objective
