The Laughton Team in Peoria, AZ is seeking dynamic and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our high-performance group. You will leverage our Zillow Flex relationship to generate leads, build a balanced book of business, and serve clients with integrity.

We offer weekly training, a supportive Market Analyst for CMAs, mentorship, listing coordination, and a full-service platform. If you’re licensed, bilingual, and driven to close more deals and earn, this is your path to scale.
