Job summary

Inch & Co Real Estate in York, PA is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our full-service boutique brokerage. You will represent buyers and sellers, manage a pipeline with company leads, and promote listings with a dedicated marketing team.

We offer coaching, in-house support, aggressive commission splits with no desk or franchise fees, and flexible scheduling. A PA license and 1+ year of sales experience help; relocation to York or Camp Hill is welcome.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania real estate license is required.
• 1+ year of sales experience is preferred.
• Based in or willing to relocate to York or Camp Hill, PA.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible, independent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of clients using company-provided leads and personal prospecting.
• Promote listings and personal brand with support from a dedicated marketing team.
• Utilize online transaction management tools to streamline deals.
• Collaborate with contract-to-close coordinators and settlement support staff.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.
