Space and Company, a boutique real estate brokerage with offices in downtown Philadelphia and Collingswood, NJ, is seeking an Experienced Real Estate Agent to join our hands‑on team.

Based in Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, you’ll enjoy broker-led training, in-house title and mortgage support, and two collaborative offices near City Hall and in Collingswood, designed for agents who want to grow.

Qualifications

• Active PA and/or NJ real estate license (dual licensure a plus).
• Experience in Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets.
• Self-starter who thrives in an in-person team culture.
• Strong communication and client-first approach.
• Willingness to grow production and client experience.
