Real Estate Agent - We Supply 20+ Buyer & Seller Leads Every Week

Apply now to join Amo Realty, a small but growing real estate brokerage that provides each of our agents with at least 20+ incoming real estate leads per week. This robust lead system helps our agents stay fully booked in the competitive Massachusetts real estate market. We offer options for residential buyer leads, sellers, renters, and commercial real estate leads. We are currently hiring in our Massachusetts offices and across the state.

Our proven strategy delivers high-volume leads: one of our agents closed a $22 million sale from our leads. We maintain a sustainable, exclusive lead system designed for a small group of agents.

About Amo Realty

Founded in Boston in 2007 (initially as Boston City Properties), we have expanded nationally with 14 small offices across 14 states.

Leads

We provide our agents with at least 20+ leads weekly from various sources, including Zillow. Our system has been consistent since 2007 and is tailored for small teams. We supply both buyer and seller leads, as well as luxury rental opportunities.

Residential Leads

Our residential leads are plentiful, including incoming buyer leads, seller leads, and options for luxury apartment renters and rental listings.

Commercial Leads

Our commercial leads primarily include lease opportunities for office spaces, restaurants, retail, industrial properties, and larger commercial investor prospects.

Split Information

New agents start with a 75% commission split on their own leads for the first 3 years. After reaching a $5,000 cap, agents who have been with us over 3 years keep 100% of their commissions. We also provide client leads on a 50/50 split, and agents who buy or sell their own properties earn a 100% split.

Long-term agents (10-15+ years) rarely need leads from us but can receive backup support when needed. There are no desk or transaction fees—our system is genuine.

Our lead system relies on low turnover; we seek agents committed to closing sales and staying with us long-term. The first agent hired in 2007 remains with us today.
