Amo Realty is a small real estate brokerage providing our agents with at least 10-20+ incoming real estate leads per week. This helps agents stay fully booked in the busy Rhode Island real estate market. Our lead system is rare, offering this high volume weekly.
We offer options for residential buyer leads, sellers, renters, and commercial real estate leads across Rhode Island. We are also hiring in our Massachusetts and Connecticut offices.
Our proven strategy involves high-volume leads. One of our agents closed a $22 million sale from our leads. We maintain a sustainable lead system designed for a small group.
Leads
Agents receive at least 10+ leads weekly from various sources. Our system has been effective since 2007, focusing on high-quality, under-water leads.
Residential leads
We are flooded with residential buyer leads, including those from Zillow, and incoming seller leads. Options also include luxury apartment renters and rental listings.
Commercial leads
Our commercial leads mainly involve lease opportunities for office space, restaurants, retail, industrial properties, and larger investor leads.
Split Info
Agents start with a 75% split for their own leads for the first 3 years. After reaching a $5,000 cap, a 75/25 split applies until the cap is met; afterward, agents keep 100% of their own leads. Client transactions are split 50/50. Agents who buy or sell their own properties keep 100%.
Experienced agents with 10-15+ years may not need leads but can receive backup leads when needed.
There are no desk or transaction fees—this is genuine. Our lead system relies on low turnover; our first-ever hire in 2007 still works with us. We seek agents committed to closing sales and staying long-term.
