You will work directly with motivated buyers and sellers, show properties, guide clients through every step, and manage deals from initial conversation to closing, while building a lasting, high-earning production.

First-year earnings potential of $150,000+ with a flexible schedule and collaborative support.

Qualifications

• Newly licensed or actively working toward getting your real estate license.
• Demonstrates coachability and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
