Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for clients, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Responds promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Schedules property showings, open houses, and appointments for clients.
• Assists in the preparation and execution of real estate contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Facilitates communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Tracks and monitors the progress of transactions, proactively identifying and resolving any issues.
• Assists with the development of promotional materials, listings, and advertisements to attract potential clients.
• Utilizes social media platforms, real estate websites, and other channels to promote listings and engage with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Coordinates and participates in networking events, community outreach activities, and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintains accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings using CRM software and other tools.
• Prepares reports, presentations, and documents for agents and management as needed.
• Assists with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
