Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Schedule property showings, open houses, and appointments.
• Assist in preparation and execution of real estate contracts.
• Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties.
• Track progress of transactions and resolve issues.
• Assist with development of promotional materials, listings, and advertisements.
• Promote listings through social media and real estate websites.
• Coordinate networking events and community outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM software and other tools.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for agents and management.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and calendar management.
