Job summary

NP Dodge Company is seeking an Agent Growth and Technology Coordinator to attract, onboard, train, support, and retain real estate agents. This role blends talent acquisition with technology enablement to accelerate agent productivity and long-term success within the brokerage.

The ideal candidate will be relationship-driven, conduct coaching, provide training on technology platforms, and act as the single point of contact throughout the agent lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in training, recruiting, or talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard licensed real estate agents.
• Provide onboarding technology training for new agents and serve as primary trainer for tech platforms.
• Deliver training sessions on CRM systems, transaction management, marketing tools, MLS systems, and AI tools.
