Job summary

McMichael and Gray, PC seeks an Agent Service Representative in Sandy Springs, GA. The ASR serves as a liaison between real estate agents and the firm, ensuring smooth closing transactions and providing concierge service.

Qualifications

• Receive contracts and direct files with the client team.

Agent Service Representative

The Agent Service Representative (ASR) serves as the liaison between assigned real estate agents and the law firm of McMichael & Gray. The closing location or processing team members may change depending on the transaction and client, but the ASR remains the consistent point of contact for their assigned agents throughout the closing process. The ASR offers concierge service to their assigned agents and is available to answer any questions or concerns regarding their closings.

Must be extremely organized, professional, team‑oriented, and able to communicate professionally with clients. Must have great interpersonal skills and be willing to attend marketing events and build relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with agents, lenders, buyers and sellers throughout closing transactions from receipt of contract through closing
• Receive contracts and direct files opened with appropriate client team
• Confirm contact information of all parties is correct in firm software
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders to request specified documents related to contract, title, and any financing
• Work closely with attorneys on title clearance issues prior to closing
• Coordinate closing appointments with parties to transaction
• Answer questions regarding closing process requirements
• Use Outlook, Softpro Select, and related file management software programs to track closing process and produce reports

Experience / Requirements

• Experience in marketing, transaction coordination, and preclosing/processing
• Physical presence in firm satellite office (Atlanta)

This position is in the office Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.
