As a licensed agent (or real estate student) you’ll conduct CMA analyses, handle contracts, and present properties with confidence. We provide training, integrated tech, and dynamic marketing to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRMs.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine values and pricing.
• Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, leases, and closings per standards.
• Maintain and update property listings to reflect current market.
• Present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to buyers.
