Windermere Real Estate in Utah is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join a collaborative team. You will advise clients through buying or selling journeys, leveraging your network and market knowledge to maximize outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluating client needs, performing CMAs, preparing contracts, and maintaining listings. A licensed agent or student in real estate school is required, with access to leads and ongoing professional training.

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and common CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for client visits and meetings.
