Windermere Real Estate in South Jordan, Utah seeks a motivated Real Estate Agent to join a collaborative team. You’ll guide clients through buying and selling, build relationships, and earn commissions based on performance.

We provide leads, training, tech tools, and a supportive environment to help you grow. Candidates must be licensed or enrolled in real estate school and able to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assess clients' needs and financial capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage documentation including contracts, leases, and closing statements.
• Maintain and update property listings for accurate market representation.
• Present and market residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
