Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promptly follow up with company-provided leads and nurture opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Consult with buyers and sellers to understand goals and needs.
• Guide clients through the home buying and selling process from consultation to closing.
• Maintain knowledge of local markets, neighborhoods, inventory, and trends.
• Conduct market research and provide clients with pricing insights.
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts in clients' best interests.
• Manage the transaction and closing process for a smooth client experience.
• Build lasting client relationships leading to repeat and referral business.
• Utilize CRM and technology to manage leads, communication, and transactions.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
