Job summary

Works Real Estate, a tech-forward brokerage with offices in Portland, Salem, and Seattle, is seeking licensed real estate agents to guide buyers and sellers through transactions. You will leverage Works OS and Zillow leads to grow your pipeline and deliver a high level of service.

We welcome both new and experienced agents with an active Oregon or Washington license. You’ll join a collaborative team with back-office support, ongoing coaching, and access to training to help you close more deals.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon or Washington real estate license (or in progress).
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Self-motivated, client-first mindset.
• Comfort using technology to run a modern real estate business.

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction from initial contact to closing.
• Manage and grow your pipeline using the provided leads and tools.
• Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Represent Works professionally across your market.
