Works Real Estate is a tech-forward brokerage serving agents in Portland, Salem, and Seattle. As a licensed agent in Oregon or Washington (or in progress), you will guide buyers and sellers from first contact to closing and leverage our Leads and tools to grow your pipeline.

You’ll build long-term client relationships, represent Works Real Estate professionally, and benefit from onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to sharpen your skills and close more deals.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon or Washington real estate license or in progress
• Strong communication and follow-through are essential
• Self-motivated, client-first mindset
• Comfort using technology to run a modern real estate business

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We welcome both experienced agents and those early in their careers. An active Oregon or Washington real estate license (or one in progress, ask us about our path for in-process licensees). Strong communication and follow-through. A self-motivated, client-first mindset. Comfort using technology to run a modern real estate business.

COMPENSATION

Commission-based with a competitive structure. We're happy to walk through specifics, including how our lead flow, Zillow Preferred access, and tech reduce your cost of doing business, during a conversation.
