Job summary

Works Real Estate is a tech-forward brokerage with offices across Portland, Salem and Seattle. We provide leads, tools, education, and back-office support so agents can close more deals and grow their business.

We welcome both experienced agents and those early in their careers. A real estate license in Oregon or Washington (or in progress) is required, with a focus on strong communication, follow-through, and a client-first mindset as you leverage technology to run a modern real estate business.

COMPENSATION

Commission-based with a competitive structure. We’re happy to walk through specifics, including how our lead flow, Zillow Preferred access, and tech reduce your cost of doing business, during a conversation.
