Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty is recruiting Real Estate Agents in Wall Township, NJ. No prior experience required; we provide award-winning training to get you licensed, productive, and profitable fast.

You will prospect for buyers and sellers, schedule showings, present offers, and guide clients through financing and inspections while leveraging our marketing tools and CRM. Flexible full/part-time, hybrid remote options available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we train Real Estate Agents from the ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, present and negotiate offers.
• Guide clients through the financing and inspection process.
• Manage contracts from accepted offer to closing.
