Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Monroe Township, NJ is hiring Real Estate Agents for both new and existing careers. No experience is required; we provide award-winning training to license, train, and profit quickly.

Expect leads from day one and access to a recognized brand in a fast-moving market. Agents will prospect for buyers and sellers, conduct showings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through financing and inspection, with contracts managed through closing.

Qualifications

• No prior real estate experience required; we train agents from the ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to complete onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers via phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct property showings; present and negotiate offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspection processes; manage contracts from accepted offer to closing.
• Attend weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and continuing education.
